Fans of Silent Hill f have found a fresh reason to revisit the game after a creative new mod surfaced that transforms Hinako’s outfit into a range of authentic Thai school and university uniforms, including a full scout-style look. The mod has quickly drawn attention for blending local cultural details with the unsettling atmosphere of Silent Hill f, creating a contrast that feels both unexpected and strangely fitting within the game’s psychological horror tone.
Silent Hill f with Thai Uniform Pack 1 mod
Developed by Thai modding group modthaigame, the release is titled Thai Uniform Pack 1 and includes four distinct costume variations. These consist of a Thai public school uniform complete with embroidered school name and student details, a private or convent-style school uniform featuring a school emblem and name stitching, a scout-style uniform with detailed insignia, and a university student outfit designed with a pleated short skirt, university pin, and modern accessories such as a smartwatch. Each outfit is crafted to closely resemble real Thai uniforms, making the mod feel grounded and instantly recognizable for players in Southeast Asia.
Customization is a key highlight of the mod. The private school uniform allows players to toggle skirt and necktie colors between teal tones and navy blue using shortcut keys. The scout uniform offers two footwear options, including sneakers and standard student shoes, along with four selectable scarf colors. The university outfit also includes subtle customization, letting players switch belt and sock colors between brown and black to fine-tune Hinako’s appearance.
To ensure wider accessibility, the mod replaces the default blue outfit in the base game, allowing players without the Deluxe Edition to use it without restrictions. A special “fox arm” visual option is also supported across all costume sets. However, the creator has noted that damaged outfit states are not yet implemented, and some visual inconsistencies may appear during certain cutscenes.
