Sudden Attack Zero Point Brings Explosive Tactical FPS Action to Steam Next Fest This October
Nexon is set to reignite the classic Sudden Attack franchise as Sudden Attack Zero Point, a long-awaited remaster of the iconic tactical FPS, joins Steam Next Fest from October 13 to 20 (UTC). Players across Southeast Asia and beyond will get the chance to experience the next evolution of one of the most beloved shooter series while adding the game to their wishlist before its official launch.
The Steam Next Fest demo will serve as a major development milestone, showcasing core features of the new experience. Players can jump into high-octane firefights with a selection of 10 primary weapons, 4 secondary weapons, and over 202 customization attachments to build their ultimate loadout. The demo also features 10 playable characters and four maps, including an intense close-quarters Team Deathmatch arena and three strategic Bomb Defusal stages designed to test teamwork and tactical skill.
To celebrate the occasion, Nexon is hosting a series of in-game and community events throughout the Steam Next Fest period, rewarding players with exclusive weapon skins and bonuses upon completing special missions. Rewards earned during the event will be available once the full game launches.
Daily Login Event (October 13-19 UTC): Players who log in each day will unlock one of the 10 playable characters to try out during the event. Logging in for two days will grant one permanent character, while four days will unlock two permanent characters for use at launch.
Weapon Mastery Event (October 13-20 UTC): Progress weapon mastery faster throughout the event. Reaching MAX mastery on any weapon will unlock exclusive attachments for customization. After launch, every weapon that achieved MAX mastery during the event will receive a unique skin, with no limit to how many can qualify.
Community Event 1 – Facebook Challenge (October 6-12 UTC): Players can join by posting an image of their SAZ FPS Station setup on Facebook along with a short message about their expectations for Sudden Attack Zero Point at Steam Next Fest. Entries must be submitted through a Google Form with an email, country, and participation proof. Selected highlights will be featured on official social media channels.
Community Event 2 – Gameplay Highlight Contest (October 13-21 UTC): Participants can upload a 30-second highlight clip from the Steam Next Fest demo to YouTube with hashtags #SuddenAttackZeroPoint and #SNF. Entries must be submitted via Google Form, and selected clips and accounts will be showcased on official channels.
