Netmarble Unveils New Trailer for ‘Project EVILBANE’ During Xbox Tokyo Game Show 2025 Broadcast

Netmarble has revealed an exciting new trailer for its upcoming multiplayer action title Project EVILBANE during the Xbox Tokyo Game Show 2025 Broadcast, showcasing never-before-seen gameplay elements including the powerful new “Heavenstone” feature. Wishlist pages for the game are now live on both Xbox and Steam, signaling the next stage of anticipation ahead of its global release.

Project EVILBANE, developed by Netmarble Monster, is a third-person co-op action game built with Unreal Engine 5. The game promises intense strategic combat, allowing players to fluidly switch between melee and ranged weapons in real time. Every encounter demands sharp timing, precise positioning, and quick reactions to survive.

The new trailer highlights dynamic cooperative boss battles and showcases how the “Heavenstone” ability can instantly change the tide of combat. Players will need to coordinate with their team and utilize weapon versatility to overcome powerful enemies together.

Pre-alpha testing for Project EVILBANE began on August 29 through the Xbox Insider Program in the United States and Canada before expanding to additional regions including Brazil, the United Kingdom, Germany, and France. With wishlist pages already available on Xbox and Steam since September 25, Netmarble plans to announce supported platforms and release details in the coming months.

Project EVILBANE has been built hand-in-hand with our community. Feedback from early testing has directly shaped the game’s direction,” said Jung Ho Lee, Netmarble’s Publishing Director. “We’re looking forward to expanding testing to more regions and inviting players around the world to join and share their thoughts.”

Set in a vast, dark fantasy world, Project EVILBANE follows a team of heroes fighting against demonic legions, warlords, and opportunistic factions in a desperate struggle for humanity’s survival and restoration. Players can form squads of up to four members, infiltrate enemy territories, complete missions, and unlock increasingly challenging content and rewards.
