Virtua Fighter 5 R.E.V.O. World Stage Announces CBT on September 11, 2025, with Full Release Set for October 30
SEGA CORPORATION has announced the closed beta test (CBT) for Virtua Fighter 5 R.E.V.O. World Stage, running from Thursday, September 11 to Tuesday, September 16, 2025. The game is scheduled for release on PlayStation®5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (Steam) on Thursday, October 30, 2025.
Closed Beta Test Details
The CBT will focus on online competitive play across PS5®, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (Steam), with full cross-platform support. Players can participate in the beta without subscribing to any platform-specific online services.

- Voucher Distribution: September 11, 12:00 JST – September 16, 11:59 JST, 2025
Vouchers are valid for PS5® and Xbox Series X|S only and cannot be used for Nintendo Switch™ 2.
To participate, register a SEGA Account at SEGA Account Registration and link it to your preferred platform. PS5® and Xbox Series X|S players will receive the required voucher for CBT participation. Nintendo Switch 2 users should await further announcements.
Special Campaign for SEGA Account Registrations
Players who link their SEGA Account and participate in the CBT on PS5® or Xbox Series X|S will receive a special in-game title usable in the full game. Nintendo Switch™ 2 participants are also eligible for the campaign. PC (Steam) players will receive the special title from October 30, 2025, upon purchasing the full game.
