Genshin Impact and Duolingo have joined forces for a special collaboration that turns daily learning into an adventure. In this limited time event, Paimon, Tighnari, and Cyno appear inside the Duolingo app to accompany Duo, the beloved and famously demanding green owl mascot, to motivate learners as they push through a three-day learning streak challenge filled with exclusive rewards inspired by the world of Teyvat.
From December 8 to December 27, learners who complete at least one lesson per day for three consecutive days can unlock a collection of in game rewards for Genshin Impact. These include an exclusive namecard, a special profile picture, Primogems, and several themed bonuses that celebrate the collaboration. During the event period, Paimon, Tighnari, and Cyno will appear beside Duo to guide and cheer learners on as they maintain their streak and progress through their daily tasks.
Event Details and How to Participate:
Starting December 8, all Duolingo users across supported courses will automatically gain access to the Genshin Impact Mission. Completing one lesson each day for three days unlocks the reward path and contributes to carving a special in app statue featuring Paimon and Duo. This statue symbolizes learner dedication and adds a touch of Teyvat magic to the experience. Learners who finish the mission will receive a reward pack for Genshin Impact that includes the exclusive profile picture titled Hard Thinker and Hard Learner, a celebratory themed namecard called Dreams Sharpened, and a unique Sumeru inspired dish known as Spiced Fried Chicken along with its recipe. The redemption code for these rewards can be claimed through the Duolingo app’s Shop tab until December 30, 2025 at 23:59:59 UTC, and can be redeemed inside Genshin Impact until January 31, 2026 at 15:59:59 UTC.
This collaboration follows the recent release of Genshin Impact’s Lunar Version 3 update, which introduced Durin, a new five-star Pyro character with two combat modes, along with a new chapter set in Nod Krai. The crossover event will be available in selected regions from December 8 to December 27, with December 25 as the final day for participants to begin their three-day streak to earn their rewards.
