Assassin’s Creed Shadows X Attack on Titan – Special Collaboration Event Now Live
Ubisoft has officially launched a special in-game collaboration event between Assassin’s Creed Shadows and the hit anime series Attack on Titan. The event begins on November 25, 2025, and will run for four weeks, ending on December 22. All players can access this limited-time event alongside the new free story update included in Title Update 11.
A mysterious encounter draws Naoye and Yasuke into a brand-new mission filled with forbidden rituals, unsettling transformations, and whispers of a hidden cult. Guided by a strangely dressed woman named Ada, both heroes must journey deep into a crystal cavern to rescue her companion from a secretive group conducting bizarre experiments. As twisted revelations surface and a powerful enemy emerges, players will need to rely on instinct and skill to overcome dangers unlike anything seen before.
Players who have unlocked Yasuke as a playable character can join the event for free by traveling to the northeast region of Yamashiro, where the quest giver awaits.
Completing the mission grants exclusive rewards, including a new katana and numerous hidden treasure items scattered throughout the cavern. Players can also personalize their assassins using a special Attack on Titan themed bundle available in the in-game store. The pack includes a Titan outfit for Yasuke, a Mikasa-inspired outfit for Naoye, themed weapons, and a unique mount modeled after the Survey Corps gear.
Title Update 11 also adds the third free story quest titled “A Puzzlement.” This light-hearted mission follows Naoye and Yasuke as they teach each other new skills. Naoye learns to deliver Yasuke’s signature kick with her own style, while Yasuke trains in non-lethal stealth takedowns. “A Puzzlement” also introduces new environmental puzzles that may reveal answers players have been searching for.
Developed by Ubisoft Quebec with support from multiple global studios, Assassin’s Creed Shadows takes players deep into Feudal Japan. Powered by the refined Anvil engine, the world is rich, immersive, and filled with intricate details. Players experience the dual-protagonist system, switching seamlessly between Naoye the Shinobi Assassin and Yasuke the powerful Samurai warrior, each offering unique abilities and playstyles. Together, they shape their shared destiny and lead Japan toward a new era.
Assassin’s Creed Shadows is now available on Ubisoft+, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 5 Pro, Amazon Luna, Apple Silicon Macs via the Mac App Store, and Windows PC through the Ubisoft Store, Steam, and Epic Games Store. The Nintendo Switch 2 version launches on December 2 with the Attack on Titan mission included at release.
